Refunds:

• Refunds are available for products returned within 15 days of receipt.
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The restocking fee will be applied to the cost of the tracker only, excluding delivery charges.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the product is returned and inspected.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
• If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and send a replacement.

Warranty:

• Our GPS trackers come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers the tracker itself against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents.
  • Relay units or wiring.
  • Damage caused by short circuits.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at admin@safetracks.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return the product in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
3. Once we receive the product, we will process the refund or exchange according to the policy.

Shipping Charges:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
